The Gifford Pinchot Fungi Festival is a vibrant, three-day gathering thatcelebrates the ecological, culinary, and artistic wonders of fungi, hosted inthe heart of the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, in Packwood, WA.
Dive into hands-on workshops, wild forays, artisan markets, delicious local food, and more—plus hear from an inspiring lineup of featured speakers including Daniel Winkler, Alan Rockefeller, Aaron Hilliard, Paul Whitney, Sue Manning, Sarah Richelle Starnes, Tess Barlow, Junie B. Fungal, Langdon Cook, Rose Tursi, Amelia Nora, Chris Adams, and more!
